Kitting / FulFillment
Often the printing and finishing is only the beginning of a successful campaign. At KDM, we know that getting into stores on-time with the right components is critical to driving incremental sales. We devote over 75,000 square feet to our kitting and fulfillment operation to ensure that pack-outs are done efficiently and accurately. We have a three-shift operation with people who are used to complex kits with multiple elements and variations based on store size, geography, product lines, display configurations and the like. KDM also has the capability to warehouse your Point of Purchase materials and manage your database for staged roll-outs and program replenishment.
